AN IT consultancy came to the aid of a Flintshire animal rescue centre that was in need of a laptop.
During the coronavirus pandemic, there has been a significant surge in animal adoptions.
More adoptions and an increased number of animals being placed into shelters has lead to an overwhelming amount of paperwork for Skylor’s Animal Rescue at Dobshill.
Josh Chapman, managing director of NetResult
Josh Chapman, managing director of NetResult in Mold, saw that the animal shelter had reached out to ask the local community for a laptop so they could reduce this paperwork overhead.
Josh kindly donated a laptop to the staff at Skylor’s Animal Rescue so they could switch to digital adoption records, not only does this save time and paper, it allows the rescue to spend more time with the animals.
Dawn Taylor, owner at Skylor’s Animal Rescue, said, “A huge, huge thank you to Josh Chapman from NetResult for his very kind donation of a laptop to make our life much easier with paperwork.”
Josh added: “We admire all the incredible work you do to rescue, care for, and re-home unwanted and abandoned dogs. We hope the laptop makes life easier for you and allows you to spend more time with the dogs and do what you do best!
"Keep up the great work!”
