TWO fire crews were called out to a fire a commercial premises in Chester.
Firefighters responded to reports of a blaze at a building on Melbourne Road, Blacon, at about 8.50pm yesterday (Saturday, August 29).On arrival the crews found a fire in a kiln.
Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to extinguish the flames.
One large fan was used to ventilate the area.
The crews were at the scene for about an hour and 40 minutes.
