A CHESTER soft play centre has confirmed it will reopen its doors next week for the first time in five months.

Fun4All, based on the Sealand Road Industrial Estate, will welcome back families from Tuesday, August 25.

Soft play centres were forced to temporarily close back in March due to the coronavirus outbreak.

However, the Government announced last week that they could reopen their doors from August 15 as part of the latest easing of lockdown restrictions.

Fun4All in Chester, which caters for children up to 11 years-old, says it has been busy putting coronavirus safety measures in place and is now in a position to welcome back visitors.

Capacity will be "significantly reduced" and sessions, which will be set at 90 minutes, must be pre-booked.

The Fun4All Chester Facebook page said today: "We are so excited to see you all. We have been busy putting our procedures in place to make sure we can keep you all as safe as possible!

"Therefore, you will have to book before coming. There will be set 90-minute play sessions giving staff 30 minutes between sessions to clean down and make sure it's all ready for the next session.

"Please keep an eye out over the weekend on here and our website for the link to book on, with all the T&C’s."

Fun4All, which also has centres in Bromborough and Macclesfield, said on its website: "The team is really excited that after five months of being closed we have been given the go-ahead to reopen.

"Our capacity will be significantly reduced and there will be specific session times giving us time to clean between sessions.

"Sessions will be pre-bookable either online or via our website. It will be great to welcome you back and see the playframes used again rather than gathering dust."
