A MAN has been charged in connection with a serious assault on a main road in Cheshire.
Conor Jagodzinski has been charged with section 18 assault and possession of a knife.
The 28-year-old has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Warrington Magistrates’ Court on Monday, August 17.
The charges relate to an incident on Friday, August 15, on the A49 on the Cheshire/Shropshire border near to Bradley Green Lane in which a lorry driver sustained serious injuries.
He remains in hospital in a serious condition.
