CUSTOMERS will be welcomed back to the Botanist from next week.

The popular bar and restaurant in Time Square has been shut for more than three months due to the coronavirus pandemic.

But it will reopen on Monday, July 13, with social distancing measures in place.

Staff are currently ‘working around the clock’ in order to implement these precautions – which will include optional single-use menus, table service, contactless payments only, hand sanitiser stations, a new internal layout and increased cleaning regimes.

And online bookings are now being taken for parties of up to six guests.

It will be the latest part of the £142million development in the area to return to business, with the new Warrington Market having opened for the first time on Monday.

Cineworld meanwhile is expected to reopen on Friday, July 31.
