POLICE are appealing for help in tracing a man wanted on recall to prison.
Terry Busch, 32, is believed to be in either Ellesmere Port or Chester.
Cheshire Constabulary's Chester Police social media accounts released an appeal this afternoon.
They are urging anyone who may have seen him or have information on his whereabouts to contact them.
