THREE men in the Chester and Ellesmere Port area have been charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs.

The Serious and Organised Crime Unit charged the three men, all in their 20s, with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin.

Lee Preston, aged 21, of no fixed address, Connor Robins, aged 26, of Clover Lane, Lache in Chester and Joshua Burns, aged 24, of Flint Court in Ellesmere Port, all appeared at Warrington Magistrates Court on Friday, June 19.

They have been remanded until Wednesday, July 15, where they will appear at Chester Crown Court.

In addition, a 27 year-old man was arrested on Thursday, June 26, on suspicion of possession with intent to supply cannabis and dangerous driving. He has since been released under investigation.

The charges are in connection with an operation which took place on Tuesday, June 16, where a total of 16 people have since been charged with class A drugs offences following warrants in Ellesmere Port, Chester and Wirral.
