Firefighters were called out to a garden fire in llesmere Port.
FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a fire in the back garden of a property in Ellesmere Port
Shortly after 7am today (Thursday, May 28) firefighters received a report of a fire in the garden of a property in Westenra Avenue, Ellesmere Port.
On arrival the crew discovered that it was a case of controlled burning that had spread to a fence and hedgerow.
Firefighters extinguished the small fire with a hose reel jet and were in attendance for more than 15 minutes.
