A GROUP that runs a hotel in Frodsham has gone into administration
It has been announced that Sarah O’Toole and Jason Bell of the Manchester office of Grant Thornton UK LLP have been appointed joint administrators of 16 Hospitality.
The company owns and operates four pubs.
Two of the venues are in Cheshire, The Partridge in Stretton and The Old Hall Hotel in Frodsham.
The other two venues are on Anglesey, The White Eagle in Rhoscolyn and The Oyster Catcher in Rhosneigr.
The pubs are currently closed due to the coronavirus lockdown restrictions and the majority of the workforce has been furloughed. The administration took effect as of April 9.
Sarah O’Toole said: “We are hopeful that we can find a buyer for the businesses despite the current challenges facing the pub and hospitality sector.”
