Chester Zoo's new Madagascar zone will bring the world's most biodiverse island to the UK
CHESTER Zoo is opening its virtual gates again tomorrow (April 10).
The zoo is offering people the opportunity to get up close to a number of its animals from the safety of their own home between 10am and 3.20pm on Good Friday.
This will be the third virtual tour Chester Zoo will have held since having to close due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Good Friday's virtual tour schedule is:
10-10.20am – Tree kangaroos
11-11.20am – Asiatic lions
12-12.20pm – Komodo dragons
1-1.20pm – Lemurs of Madagascar
2-2.20pm – Mr Parsons the chameleon (star of The Secret Life of the Zoo)
3-3.20pm – Penguin chicks
The virtual tour is being broadcast via the Zoo's Facebook and YouTube accounts.
