THE first new plots have been released for sale at Emperor Park, the latest phase of Redrow’s King’s Moat Garden Village in Chester.

“It’s really exciting to see this wonderful garden village coming to life and to celebrate the start of the second phase,” said Caroline Thompson-Jones, area sales manager for Redrow.

“We’ve already seen how popular the development is proving to be with the sales success of the initial phase, Roman Green.

“Emperor Park will build on that success and, with the release of more house styles, give customers a greater choice of properties.”

Of the four homes initially released at Emperor Park, two properties have already been reserved, leaving two currently available: an Amberley and a Stratford.

Like Roman Green they are from Redrow’s sought-after Arts & Crafts inspired Heritage Collection, which combines period-style architectural features with modern, high specification interiors including top brand name appliances and quality fixtures and fittings.

The Amberley is a three-bedroom, double-fronted detached home, with a pretty porched entrance. It has a central hallway downstairs, off which are a kitchen and dining room on one side and a spacious lounge on the other. A handy cloakroom and utility complete the downstairs accommodation, while upstairs there are three double bedrooms – the master with en-suite – and a family bathroom.

The second available home is the four-bedroom Stratford. Starting from £395,995, this is one of Redrow’s most classic designs with superb architectural features like a double height bay window, feature tiling and an overhanging roof with gallows-style brackets.

It includes a spacious open-plan family, kitchen and dining area that extends the entire width of the property at the rear with double doors leading to the garden; along with a handy utility and separate lounge.

Upstairs are four good-sized bedrooms, the master of which has an en-suite, and a family bathroom.

Altogether there will be 1,269 new homes created at Kings Moat Garden Village – more than half of them built by Redrow – with more properties and styles being unveiled for Early Bird reservation soon. Emperor Park will eventually see 38 private homes being built.

Kings Moat Garden Village – including Emperor Park – will have its own amenities too, including a primary school, sports pitches and changing facilities, a health centre, shops and a pub/restaurant, making it extremely attractive to young and older couples, and families.

Three and four-bedroom homes are now available at the Wrexham Road development, with prices starting from £372,995.
