AN EARLY morning vehicle blaze in Chester is believed to have been cause deliberately, fire chiefs have said.
Cheshire Fire and rescue Service received a call shortly before 6am firefighters reporting a blaze involving a Renault Kangoo van in Western Avenue, Blacon.
A spokesman for the fire service said: "The crew extinguished the fire with a hose reel jet.
"Firefighters were in attendance for more than 20 minutes.
"They handed the incident over to the police, who also attended.
"The fire is believed to have been started deliberately."
