A 22-YEAR-OLD man will appear at Chester Crown Court next month, charged with robbing a phone from a man in the city.
Daniel Whistance, 22, of no fixed address, was arrested at 2am on Monday, February 10 at a hotel on City Road, Chester. He was since charged with robbery.
The charge relates to an incident that occurred on Gladstone Avenue, where a 20-year-old man had his phone stolen at around 11.30am on Saturday, February 8.
Whistance appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Tuesday, February 11, where he was remanded in custody, to appear at Chester Crown Court on Tuesday, March 10.
