FIREFIGHTERS were called to a bedroom fire at a semi-detached house in Ellesmere Port in the early hours of Monday, January 27.
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service was alerted to the incident in Glencoe Road at 3.13am and two fire engines from Ellesmere Port attended.
Crews used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.
Two casualties were treated by paramedics for smoke inhalation. Crews were in attendance for two hours.
