Chester Magistrates Court
A CHESTER woman has been charged with fraud in relation to an incident involving an 81-year-old man in the city, police have said.
Mia Cavalli, 40, of Cuppin Street, faces allegations of fraud by false representation and possessing an article for use in connection with a fraud.
She appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Saturday, January 11, when she was remanded in custody until Friday, February 7.
A police spokesman said: "The charge relates to an alleged fraud which took place between September 2019 and January 2020 involving an 81-year-old man in the Chester area."
