A MAN from Chester has been charged following a robbery in the city.
Karl Kent was arrested at his home in Raymond Street shortly before 6.30pm on Friday, January 3.
The 43-year-old has subsequently been charged with robbery.
The charge relates to an incident in Garden Lane, Chester, which occurred at around 5pm on Saturday, December 7.
A 55-year-old man from Malpas had his watch stolen during the incident.
Kent appeared at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, January 4.
He was remanded in custody and is to appear at Chester Crown Court on Monday, February 3.
