Tesco, Frodsham Street, Chester.
POLICE were called to a Chester city supermarket on the afternoon of Wednesday, November 6 due a suspected shoplifter.
Officers were called at about 1.30pm following reports of shoplifting offences at the Tesco store on Frodsham Street.
Upon arrival, a 31-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of theft.
Stefanita Scarlet, of Wantage Road, Reading, has since been charged with theft.
She was released on bail and is due to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on November 22.
