CHESTER Racecourse has announced a price freeze as tickets, badges and annual memberships go on sale ahead of the new season.

Chester Racecourse has announced a prize freeze on all ticket and membership prices, alongside the introduction of a range of new timed discounted offers across multiple fixtures.

Tickets to every meeting in 2020 are available to buy and start at just £10 per person, while children aged 17 and under are eligible to attend every single Chester meeting free of charge, when accompanied by a responsible adult.

15 meetings run throughout 2020 between Tuesday, May 5, and Saturday, September 26.

The Boodles May Festival kicks off a new season with three consecutive days of the most competitive racing, in which stars of the sport and the highest-profile trainers visit the Roodee.

MBNA Roman Day on Saturday, May 23, is the first of two family-themed fixtures, supported by a programme of supplementary activities out on the Open Course to keep youngsters entertained between races.
