A CHESTER WW leader (previously known as Weight Watchers) who transformed his life by losing 76lb in under a year is now hoping to support other local people in achieving their weightless goals.

Martin Coulby, from The Wirral, joined WW in January this year after deciding to make some lifestyle changes as he approached 40.

Now, having completed a five-week intensive training course, he is bringing the programme to help those in the Chester area and will be coaching the Cheshire County Sports Club workshop on Sundays.

WW coach Martin said: “WW helped me to reach my wellness goals by guiding me towards healthy choices, both in food and real life, and I am excited to be able to share this with new and existing members in Chester.”

Through the programme, Martin found a love for home cooking and enjoyed knowing exactly what was going into his food. His new hobby ensured that not only was he eating healthier but his whole family were feeling the benefits too.

The support he received during his weightloss journey inspired him to take the next step and become a coach himself.

Coaches complete their course with an eLearning assessment that has been certified by the Association for Nutrition (AfN), meaning members get the best knowledge to support their wellness journey.
