CHESTER nightclub Rosies is set to reopen later this month following a £175,000 investment.

Since the club opened its doors in 2016, the city’s party people have matched their moods with one of the venue’s three rooms.

And they can now look forward to becoming acquainted with the latest addition to the four-storey nightspot, Zinc, from Friday, September 20.

Taking over the former Vaults room on the third floor, the club’s owners say Zinc promises to bring the best of commercial dance, urban, hip-hop and RnB to Rosies.

Combining plush leather furniture with sleek velvet drapes and bold murals, halo LED mirrors and gold, copper and metallic furnishings, customers can expect new booths, three bars and an all-new stage area that will host the room’s guest DJs and personal appearances.

To celebrate the launch of the new room, several guest DJs are booked to play brand-new club nights sure to become Chester staples.

Renowned mash-up DJ Dean Mac will introduce Zinc Sessions on Monday, September 23, before Kerrang! DJ Alex Baker sets the tone for Zinc’s rock night the following evening – with the events continuing week in, week out with the Rosie’s resident DJs.

The club’s Karma nights every Thursday will appeal to every student, before Hashtag and Twisted Disco every Friday and Saturday open up the floor for more good times.

Regular offers on drinks will run throughout the week too.

Chris Cuncliffe, General Manager at Rosies said: “We can’t wait to introduce the people of Chester to Zinc. This is the first time the concept has been introduced to the city and we’re sure that locals will love its defined and luxury touches.

“Our ever-popular Dao and Popworld rooms will continue to provide the nights that put them on the map every week, with Zinc complementing them and helping Rosies become the only place in Chester that offers it all.”
