A PEDESTRIAN has died after being hit by a car in Wilmslow.
Police officers were called to reports of an incident on the A34 Birrell Way at around 1.20am on Sunday, July 28.
They found that a 21-year-old man had sustained serious injuries following a collision near to the Polar Ford roundabout.
Sadly the man, who is from the Wilmslow area, passed away at the scene.
Enquiries in relation to the collision are ongoing and as part of the investigation officers are keen to hear from motorists who were driving on Birrell Way between 1am and 1.20am.
They would also like to hear from anyone who thinks that they may have dashcam footage which may aid the investigation to get in touch.
