FIREFIGHTERS were called out to tackle a blaze at a property in Acrefair.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service received a call just after 5.05pm on Tuesday reporting an incident at a derelict building in Cristionydd Lane.
One crew was sent to the scene to find the blaze was confined to a quantity of pallets within the property.
Firefighters used a hose reel jet and a thermal imaging camera to tackle the flames.
A spokesman for the service said the cause is suspected to be deliberate ignition.
The incident was declared over just after 6pm.
