A house in Wrexham has been ravaged by a fire caused by an electrical fault to a fan.
The fire service said the incident took place on the Atlea Estate in New Broughton at 5.17pm on Saturday.
The property is home to a pregnant woman, her partner and their three young children, a resident told the Leader.
Three fire crews from Wrexham were sent to tackle the blaze, having to use breathing apparatus and a thermal image camera when dealing with the fire.
One bedroom of the house has been left significantly damaged, the fire service said.
An investigation found an electrical fault to a fan caused the fire, a North Wales Fire and Rescue spokesman said.
The spokesman said no injuries resulted from the fire.
A GoFundMe page has been set up by a member of the commutnity to raise money for the family in the aftermath of the fire.
