TWO care home chefs have come up with a pie in the sky idea to raise money for a charity close to their hearts.
Julian Davison and Andy Walton, who prepare the meals and 100th birthday cakes, at Grosvenor Manor Care Centre, Boughton, will be taking the plunge when they undertake a charity skydive on Saturday, September, in Lancaster.
All money raised will go to the Alzheimer's Society in memory of Andy's grandmother Sheila Walton.
The pair's JustGiving page says: "Please help us raise as much as possible and also help by spreading the word on how important Alzheimer's Society is to the people effected and also those around them.
"Any contribution is greatly appreciated by us all."
