TWO Cheshire actors will be heading to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this summer.
Winsford-based actor Sophie Osborne is working on new show Paradise Lodge with director Richard Oliver for this year's festival.
Paradise Lodge
A musical comedy set in a care home, Paradise Lodge is based on the writer Steve Cooper’s experience of caring for his mother-in-law in her final years as she lived with dementia.
Kimberley Hallam
Meanwhile, actor Kimberley Hallam, who is based in Crewe, will be appearing in The Burning by award-winning company Incognito Theatre.
Presented by an all-female team, this formidable tale of corruption, persecution and roaring rage looks at the definition of the word ‘witch’ and questions how we label women who do not conform.

Director Roberta Zuric said: "It's a joy to be back working with Incognito on a brand new show. It feels like we’re at a global turning point in the way we think about gender and identity, and Incognito's style will bring an interesting and vibrant angle to the conversation. Working with a brilliant all-female team, I'm looking forward to delving deep into and examining our society's relationship and history to the word 'witch'."
The Burning with be staged at the Pleasance from July 31, tickets are available from
