POLICE have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to in connection with a bicycle theft in Neston.
The white and red Fuji mountain bike was stolen from outside the Tesco Express supermarket at The Cross at around 3.30pm on Monday, May 6.
Enquiries in relation to the theft are ongoing and officers believe that the man in the CCTV image may be able to help with their investigation.
Officers are urging anyone who recognises him or thinks they may know who he is to get in touch.
They also want to hear from anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the stolen bicycle.
Police Constable Mike Wakeling said: “We believe that the man in the CCTV image may have vital information to help with our ongoing investigation into the theft of a mountain bike in Neston.
“If you think you recognise the man in the image or may know who he is please contact Cheshire Constabulary on 101, quoting IML 393895, give us the details via

“The same goes for anyone who believes that they may know where the stolen bike is.
“I would also like to appeal directly to the man in the CCTV image to get in touch.”
