FAMOUS faces were out in force last week at the first Chester Racecourse meetings of the year.
Legendary Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson, former rugby player turned TV presenter Gethin Jones and Coronation Street actress Samia Longchambon were among the celebrities who enjoyed the racing at the Boodles May Festival.
While the weather may have been unseasonably cold and wet, many of the celebrities were able to take shelter and enjoy quality hospitality at the new and exclusive trackside venue Parade.
Parade with Aiden Byrne is positioned in the ultimate location for any race-goer, alongside the finishing post, with guests paying upwards of £499 + VAT per head for the privilege of enjoying the trackside action up close and personal.
Hosting just 60 guests in an intimate setting, quality service and fine dining are the focus of the day, all headed up and overseen by multi award-winning chef, Aiden Byrne.
With interior design collaboration from award-winning interior designer Michelle Derbyshire and A Styled Lifestyle, Parade with Aiden Byrne also offers a summer garden roof bar and viewing terrace.
The itinerary saw Parade guests enjoy a Champagne reception and canapés, a six-course lunch and afternoon cocktails with a cheese and charcuterie board.
When the racing drew to a close, the celebratory atmosphere continued into the evening with a resident DJ and cocktail mixologists transforming the space into a desirable night spot.
