A TRIAL date has been set for a Wrexham man charged with causing death by dangerous driving in Elton.
Joseph Berry, 38, of Fenwick Drive, appeared at Chester Crown Court via videolink from HMP Altcourse.
He is charged with causing death by dangerous driving, causing death by driving while disqualified from driving, and causing death by driving while uninsured.
The charges relate to a collision between a Mercedes C220 and a Range Rover on Meadow View, Elton, leading on to Parkland Drive, on November 24, 2018.
Teresa McGuire, 37, suffered fatal injuries as a result of the collision.
A pre-trial review will take place at Chester Crown Court on June 14, while a two-day trial has been scheduled to take place at the court on September 2.
Berry was remanded in custody.
