TWO men charged with seriously assaulting a 17-year-old outside a convenience store in Chester have pleaded not guilty.
Ryan Salmon, 24, of Thomas Wedge Road in Saughall, denies section 18 wounding with intent and possession with intent to supply cannabis.
John McKiernan, 40, of Cambrian Avenue in Boughton, also denies section 18 wounding with intent.
The pair appeared at Chester Crown Court today (Wednesday, May 8) and will face a trial in October this year.
The charges relate to an alleged attack outside a shop on Kingsway on Tuesday, April 9.
The male victim was taken to hospital with serious but not threatening injuries to his back and neck.
