A WOMAN was freed from a vehicle following a collision in Chester.
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service received a call at about 3.50pm on Wednesday reporting a collision in Sandy Lane.
Two crews attended - one each from Powey Lane and Winsford - to discover the incident involved two vehicles and that a woman was trapped inside one of them.
A spokesman for the service said: "Firefighters and paramedics helped the woman get out of the vehicle.
"She was then left in the care of the paramedics.
"Firefighters made the two vehicles involved in the collision safe and were in attendance for around 20 minutes."
