POLICE are appealing to trace a missing 17-year-old boy from Tranmere.
Kelvin Franklin, was last seen at his home on Thursday, April 18.
He is white, 5ft 9in, of a slim build with a pale complexion, brown eyes and short auburn coloured hair.

When Kelvin was last seen he was wearing a navy/grey hoodie, grey pants and grey trainers.
He is known to frequent Wirral, Cheshire, Dover and Scotland.
Anyone who has seen Kelvin, or Kelvin himself, is urged to contact Merseyside Police via social media @MerPolCC, call 101 quoting 390 of April 18.
