CHESTER Races have published a definitive 'what to wear' guide for the thousands of racegoers who will descend on the historic Roodee to revel in three days of racing at the Boodles May Festival.
Running will last for three days, from May 8 to 10, with 21 races and a prize fund totalling more than £1,000,000.
Ahead of the season opener, Chester Racecourse have teamed up with McArthurGlen Cheshire Oaks as Official Boodles May Festival Style Partner for the second consecutive year and together present the Official Chester Racecourse Style Guide.
Kenny Murray, centre manager at Cheshire Oaks, said: “Building on the huge success of our 2018 partnership we’re thrilled to be partnering with Chester Racecourse again this year. As their official Style Partner, we’re delighted to provide styling advice from our brands’ latest collections.”
The guide provides fashionable inspiration from the designer brands housed at McArthurGlen Cheshire Oaks, coupled with expert style advice and the hottest Spring Summer trends including pretty pastels and contemporary colour blocking.
For those new to the racecourse, the guide will provide a definitive ‘what to wear’ across all areas. From the relaxed setting of the open grass plain of the Roodee, to the fine dining surroundings of a private hospitality box, the guide offers up plenty of stylish inspiration on dressing for a day at the races.
As Official Style Partner, McArthur Glen Designer Outlet Cheshire Oaks will also host the Ladies Day best Dressed competition at Boodles May Festival on Thursday 9 May. Racegoers are encouraged to dress to impress, from head-to-toe to be in with a chance of winning some fantastic prizes.
Tickets and badges to all fixtures across the 2019 Chester racing season, including the Boodles May Festival, are currently available to purchase at www.Chester-Races.com
