CHESHIRE Fire and Rescue Service had to battle a Lache flat bedroom blaze for nearly four hours on Tuesday, April 9.
The incident in Sycamore Drive was reported to firefighters at 9.08pm.
Three fire attended from Chester, Ellesmere Port and Powey Lane.
The team attended the scene and found the bedroom in a the flat was well alight.
Firefighters used one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire before using a large fan to clear the smoke from the property.
The team was in attendance at the scene for three hours and 50 minutes.
