A MAN in his 70s has been taken to hospital after the car he was driving went off the road and hit a house in Tarporley.
The collision was reported on Beech Lane, near to the junction with Park Road, Little Budworth, at about 11.39am.
Police, fire and paramedics attended the scene.
The driver was treated by paramedics at the scene and taken to hospital as a precaution. Police say his injuries are not believed to be serious.
The damage to the property involved in the collision is also not believed to be extensive.
Fire crews have attended and the car involved – a Ford Mondeo – will be towed away.
