A PUB-GOER in Chester lay on the floor and refused to get up, a court heard.
Police officers had to scoop Gillian Vickers off the floor of The Oaklands Hotel on Hoole Road and carry her to their car.
But the 43-year-old tried to lash out at them on December 15 last year and was arrested for being drunk and disorderly.
Vickers, of Crosley Grove, Accrington, sent a letter to Chester Magistrates Court pleading guilty and stressing how ashamed she was of her actions.
She was sentenced in her absence with magistrates ordering that she pay a £40 fine, £85 prosecution costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
