A TWO-CAR collision caused delays for commuters near Ellesmere Port on the morning of Wednesday, January 9.
Police were called to the scene of the incident at the junction of the A550 and the B5463 road by the Cheshire Yeoman pub near Little Sutton.
A Cheshire police spokesperson said: "Officers attended the scene and discovered that the road was blocked as a result of a collision involving a blue Ford Mondeo and a black Renault Megane.
"The drivers of the vehicles arranged for their cars to be recovered and the road was cleared and reopened shortly after 10.30am.
"There have been no reports of any injuries as a result of the collision."
