A CHESTER man has admitted a drink-driving charge
Kevin Finnegan, 41, of Reeves Road, Boughton Heath, pleaded guilty to the offence which was committed at Llay Road in Rossett on November 17.
North East Wales Magistrates Court at Mold heard Finnegan gave a breath test reading of 89mg in 100ml – two-and-a-half times the legal limit of 35.
Magistrates handed him an interim six-month ban and adjourned the case for sentencing next year.
