UPTON Dramatic Society’s production of the comedic murder mystery Murder In Play, written by Simon Brett, is all set for its four-night run at Upton Village Hall.

Playing from Wednesday, November 28 to Saturday, December 1, the performances start at 7.30pm (doors open at 7pm).

The action is set within the library of Priorswell Manor, where mutinous characters residing in the Manor are a motley and dysfunctional crew, whose personalities, egos, jealousies and rivalries are a potent mix.

As the play unfolds, there is certainly no love lost between the bizarre inhabitants of the library – then a murderer strikes.

Tickets are priced £7 for Wednesday and £8 for Thursday to Saturday, and can be obtained from Bache Post Office or via the ticket secretary on 01244 382174, to pre-book tickets for collection from the box office on the night.

The society is pleased to be supporting Chester and Wirral Taekwondo Inclusive as the nominated charity for this production.
