POLICE in Ellesmere Port made a number of arrests after yobs were reported causing trouble on Bonfire Night.
Officers tweeted last night (Monday, November 5): "Parents do you know where your children are? Large groups of youths causing antisocial behaviour and disrupting residents in the Bunbury Green area.
"A number of arrests made. If your children are in the area, please call them home. There is a dispersal notice in place."
Meanwhile, emergency services were called out to reports that a front door was on fire in Ellesmere Port in the early hours of this morning.
Police and two fire engines were sent to the address on Eton Road at around 12.50am on Tuesday, November 6.
No one is thought to have been injured.
A spokesman for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Firefighters attended to the front door of a house on fire on Eton Road in Ellesmere Port. The fire had been extinguished by police prior to crews arriving."
