A group of women have taken part in a special hoola hooping event to raise awareness of breast cancer.
More than 50 people took part in the events, which were held across Wrexham and Chester this week, which involved ladies donning pink outfits and attaching bra's to the hoops.
Lucy Bennet, 22, led the Hoola Nation class in Gresford on Tuesday, and Sasha Kenney, who was also involved in running the event said everybody had a great time and there were plenty of laughter and giggles along the way.
Sasha said: "At Hoola Nation, we feel it's important to step together and raise the awareness of this deadly disease. Both my grandma and my mother in law suffered from breast cancer, so this cause is particularly close to my heart."
