A WOMAN who fell off her bike in Hoole is reported to be recovering well in hospital.
Named locally as Heather Lannin, she was said to be in a serious condition on life support following the accident on Hoole Road at around 7.15pm on Wednesday (September 12).
But several of her friends have posted on Facebook that she is now awake and is on track to make a recovery.
At the time a spokesman for Cheshire Police said there was no suggestion that she had been knocked off her bike. She reportedly fell and hit her head.
A North West Ambulance Service spokesman said: βAn ambulance took the patient, a female in her 30s, to the Countess of Chester Hospital.β
