Firefighters were called upon to rescue two people trapped in a coach following an incident on the M6 in Cheshire.
Four fire engines were on the scene at the slip road of Junction 16 on the northbound carriageway.
Paramedics were also in attendance to deal with the casualties.
The slip road and lane one of the motorway were fully closed while the incident was dealt with.
