MOTORISTS in Chester have been warned to expects delays on Wednesday morning.
Roadworks will be in place while a new pedestrian crossing is installed.
The installation work will take place on Hoole Way roundabout with the crossing to be located on St Oswald's Way.
Work will be carried out between 9.30am and 3pm and lane closures may well be in place.
