THOSE with an interest in film are invited to join like-minded individuals for drinks and nibbles.
The Chester Film Co-Op will be having Christmas drinks at The Watergates, Watergate Street, on Wednesday, December 11, from 7pm.
The group's Facebook post said: "This will be purely a social event as no films will be screened this month. This will be a great chance to network with fellow creatives and to celebrate another great year of filmmaking in Chester and the surrounding area
"If you can't see us (we're usually hidden away), ask at the bar and they'll point you in the right direction.
"Come along if you're a local film-maker, artist, creative, designer, actor, musician, writer, or if you simply just love movies."
Drinks and food will be available from the bar.
Film Chester is a non-profit community group dedicated to promoting film and film-making in Chester and across the borough.
