On reaching the centre of the village take the right hand turning opposite the church for Moelfre. Proceed for approximately 0.5 miles and then turn right and continue along until you reach Moelfre. Continue past the lake to your left and continue up the hill to the top. At the top pf the hill turn left opposite the Fron farm taking Continue for approximately 2 miles where the property will be viewed on the left hand side.

From Llanrhaeadr:

At the Village square , and facing the Spar supermarket, take the right hand road passing the fish & chip shop and the Hand PH, both on the left, to the top of the hill. At the junction, with the red brick house on your left, carry straight on for 2.9 miles. Turn right at this point approximately half a mile to a little chapel, take the sharp left turn. Continue for another quarter mile where you will find the property on the right.
