Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) England Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed Development at Land in a field to the north-east of Swineyard Lane, South of the M56 (Easting 365900, Northing 383692). I give notice that Mr Carl Spencer is applying to Cheshire East Council for planning permission for the change of use of land to equestrian use (Use Class D2) and the development of small scale stables on land north-east of Swineyard Lane, High Legh. Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at Development Management, PO Box 606, Municipal Buildings, Earle Street, Crewe, CW1 9HP by 13th February 2019

* "Owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.

** “Tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
