NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following planning application has been received by the Council as local planning authority and is an EIA application accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Applicant: Lewisham Gateway Developments Limited

An application submitted under Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for Minor Material Amendments In connection with the planning permission DC/06/62375 (granted on 8 May 2009) for the comprehensive mixed use redevelopment of the Lewisham Gateway Site, SE13 (land between Rennell Street and Lewisham Railway Station) for up to 100,000m2 comprising retail (A1, A2, A3, A4 and A5), offices (B1), hotel (C1), residential (C3), education/ health (D1) and leisure (D2) with parking and associated Infrastructure, as well as open space and water features. The amendments comprise the reduction of the overall floorspace to 97,545m2, amendments to the floorspace allocated to the approved uses, Introduction of co-living accommodation (sui generis) and co-working/business space (B1), amendments to the physical parameters of Blocks C1, C2, D1, D2 and E including increasing the height of blocks, changes to the footprints and massing, omission of Block F and basement car parking, and associated changes.
