Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as O'Neill's, 52 Tranquil Vale, Blackheath, London, SE3 OBH applied to London Borough of Lewisham for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to:-I. Remove reference to facilities for dancing and making music from the licence as these are no longer licensable activities. 2. To extend live music and performance of dance to apply on Sundays 10:00 to 23:30 hours and on St Patrick's Day between 10:00 to 01.00 hours. 3. To extend recorded music on Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to 01.00 hours; Sunday 10:00 to 23:30 hours and St Patrick's Day 10O0 to 0100 hours. 4, To extend late night refreshment on Friday and Saturday to 01:30 hours; Sunday 2300 to 00O0 hours; and St Patrick's Day 2300 to 0IO0 hours, S. Extend alcohol sales Friday and Saturday to 0100 hours; Sunday I0O0 to 23:30 hours; and St Patrick's Day 10:00 to 0IO0 hours. 6. To extend opening hours Friday and Saturday to 01:30 hours; Sunday I0O0 to 00O0 hours; and St Patrick's Day I0O0 to 01:30 hours. 7. Amend trie contact telephone number of the premises licence holder. 8To remove the current last admission condition and offer an amended condition to prohibit new admissions to the public after 00O0 hours Friday and Saturday and to remove the current condition prohibiting entertainment on Sundays beyond 22:30 hours. 9. To add additional conditions agreed between (he licence holder and the Authorities. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, London Borough of Lewisham, Second Floor, Laurence House, I Catibrd Road, London, SE6 4RU no later than 27 December 2017 stating the grounds for representation.
