PUBLIC NOTICE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY The Bromley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 2003 (Amendment No. 169) Order 2017. The Bromley (Prescribed Route) (No. 1) (One Way) Order 2017. The Bromley (Controlled Parking) (On Street Places)
Order 2004 (Amendment No. 92) Order 2017. The Bromley (Free Parking Places)(Disabled Persons) Order 2003 (Amendment No.56) Order 2017. (Various Locations)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 25th April 2017 made the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985, and of all other powers thereunto enabling, which will come into operation on 8th May 2017. The effect of the Orders would be to:-
(a) introduce/extend waiting restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this notice;

(b) introduce a contraflow cycle lane in the One-Way section of Brook Lane, Bromley;

(c) make various amendments to the waiting and loading restriction Order to reflect current positions on-street;

(d) make amendments to the parking places Order to reflect the current positions on-street, as a result of vehicle crossovers being installed;

(e) introduce new disabled parking bays as specified in the Schedule to this notice;

(f) remove the disabled parking bays as specified in the Schedule to this notice.

A copy of the Orders may be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of making the Orders.
ANY person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any of their
provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant
enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any
relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within
6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for
the purpose to the High Court.
SCHEDULE:-
WAITING RESTRICTIONS
No Waiting At Any Time:-
BARHAM ROAD, Chislehurst, (a) the north west side, from the south western kerbline of Green Lane south westwards for a distance of 12m; (b) the south east side, from the south western kerbline of Green Lane south westwards for a distance of 11m.
GREEN LANE, Chislehurst, (a) the east side, (i) from a point 12m north west of the north western kerbline of Westhurst Drive (southern arm) south eastwards to the party wall of Nos. 18 & 20; (ii) from a point 11m north west of the north western kerbline of Westhurst Drive (northern arm) south eastwards to a point 11m south east of the south eastern kerbline of Westhurst Drive (northern arm); (b) the west side, from a point 11m north west of the north western kerbline of Barham Road south eastwards to a point 11m south east of the south eastern kerbline of Barham Road.
LEBANON GARDENS, Biggin Hill, the south east side, from the south western kerbline of Main Road south westwards to a point 1 m south west of the north eastern boundary of No. 1 a.
OAK GROVE, West Wickham, the south side, the southernmost point, from the western kerbline of Oak Grove outside No. 18 eastwards to the eastern kerbline of Oak Grove outside No. 17.
ROSE WALK, West Wickham, (a) the north west side, from a point 15m south west of the south western kerbline of Wickham Crescent north eastwards to a point 12m north east of the north eastern kerbline of Wickham Crescent; (b) the south east side, from a point 10m south west of the south western kerbline of Silver Lane north eastwards to a point 11m north east of the north eastern kerbline of Silver Lane.
SILVER LANE, West Wickham, both sides, from the south eastern kerbline of Rose Walk south eastwards for a distance of 10m.
STOCK HILL, Biggin Hill, the south west side, from the north western kerbline
of Lebanon Gardens north westwards for a distance of 10m.
WESTHURST DRIVE, Chislehurst, (a) the southern arm, the north west side,
from the north eastern kerbline of Green Lane north eastwards for a distance
of 12m; (b) the northern arm, both sides, from the north eastern kerbline of
Green Lane north eastwards for a distance of 11 m.
WICKHAM CRESCENT, West Wickham, both sides, from the north western
kerbline of Rose Walk north westwards for a distance of 12m.
No Waiting between 11am and 12noon on Monday to Friday inclusive:-
MADA ROAD, Orpington, the south west side, from the common boundary of
Nos. 12 & 14 south eastwards to a point 18.29m north west of its junction with
Lovibonds Avenue.

LARKFIELD CLOSE, Hayes, the south side, outside Nos. 7 to 10. Disabled Parking Bay - Removals:-
ADAMS ROAD, Elmers End, the south western corner of the turning head.
ALTYRE WAY, Beckenham, the west side, outside No. 26.
ANDOVER ROAD, Orpington, the west side, outside No. 61.
BIRCH ROW, Bromley, the north east side, outside No. 2.
CANON ROAD, Bromley, the north side, outside No. 30a.
CROWN ROAD, Orpington, the south west side, outside No. 4.
DAWSON AVENUE, Orpington, the east side, outside No. 29.
EDEN ROAD, Beckenham, the west side, outside No. 1 Eden Parade.
EDEN ROAD, Beckenham, the west side, outside No. 2 Eden Parade.
LAXEY ROAD, Orpington, the north side, outside No. 15.
MANOR PARK ROAD, West Wickham, the south east side, outside No. 21.
MAY AVENUE, St. Mary Cray, the west side, outside No. 66.
WOLDHAM ROAD, Bromley, the east side, outside No. 2 Bell Cottages.
