Rhoddir rhybudd drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam wedi dynodi cynllun trwyddedu ychwanegol mewn perthynas a thai amlfeddiannaeth. Mae'r dynodiad hwn yn berthnasol i ardal gyfan Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam.

Yr enw ar y dynodiad hwn fydd "Cynllun Trwyddedu Ychwanegol Tai Amlfeddiannaeth Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam 2022'. Gwnaed y dynodiad yng Nghyfarfod Bwrdd Gweithredol y Cyngor ar 21 Medi 2021. Nid oedd angen cadarnhau'r dynodiad. Mae'r Gymeradwyaeth Gyffredinol o dan Ddeddf Tai 2004 (Cynllun Trwyddedu Ychwanegol Tai Amlfeddiannaeth) (Cymru) - Cymeradwyaeth Gyffredinol 2007, a ddaeth i rym ar 13 Mawrth 2007, yn berthnasol i'r dynodiad hwn. Bydd y dynodiad yn weithredol o 1 lonawr 2022 ac, oni bai ei fod wedi'i ddirymu ymlaen Haw, bydd yn dod i ben ar 31 Rhagfyr 2026. Mae'r dynodiad yn berthnasol i bob Ty Amlfeddiannaeth yn y Fwrdeistref Sirol oni bai am y rhai sydd wedi'u heithrio gan adrannau perthnasol Deddf Tai 2004. Dylai unrhyw landlord, unigolyn sy'n rheoli/gosod neu denant yn y Fwrdeistref Sirol ofyn am gyngor gan dim lechyd yr Amgylchedd a Safonau Tai Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam i wirio a yw'r dynodiad yn effeithio ar eu heiddo. PUBLIC NOTICE IN RESPECT OF THE INTRODUCTION OF AN ADDITIONAL LICENSING SCHEME FOR HOUSES IN MULTIPLE OCCUPATION

IN THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF WREXHAM This designation is published in accordance with Sections 56 to 60 of the Housing Act 2004 and Regulation 9 of the Licensing and Management ol Houses in Multiple Occupation and Other Houses (Miscellaneous Provisions)(Wales) Regulations 2006. Notice is hereby given that Wrexham County Borough Council has made a designation of an additional licensing scheme in respect of houses in multiple occupation (HMOs). The designation applies to the whole area of the County Borough of Wrexham. This designation will be known as the "Wrexham County Borough Council Additional Licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation Scheme 2022". The designation was made at the Council's Executive Board Meeting on 21" September 2021. The designation was not required to be confirmed. The General Approval under the Housing Act 2004 (Additional HMO Licensing) (Wales) General Approval 2007, which came into force on 13 March 2007, applies to this designation. The designation will be effective from 1st January 2022 and unless revoked beforehand will cease to have effect on 31 December 2026. The designation applies to all Houses in Multiple Occupation within the County Borough except those exempted by the relevant sections of the Housing Act 2004. Any landlord, person managing/letting or tenant within the County Borough should seek advice from Wrexham County Borough Council's Environmental Health and Housing Standards team on whether their property is affected by the designation. Under Section 72(1) of the Housing Act 2004, a person commits an offence if that person is having control of or managing an HMO which is required to be licensed but is not so licensed. A person who commits an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine (formerly up to £20,000). In addition that person may be required to repay up to 12 months' rent collected during such time that the property was unlicensed. For an application to be considered it must provide prescribed particulars and must be accompanied by the appropriate licence fee.
